Style of Yoga Asanas Taught?

Alignment based vinyasa flow. With attention to detail, sequencing, queuing, identifying, a class needs and how to serve. You will learn to understand how to utilize mantras, mudras, pranayama and meaningful music to create a class and clients base that seeks them out as a guide. In essence you will learn to teach, guide and support your classes.
